- Dispatched from our lab store to the fulfilment centre: up to 5 business days
- Carefully packed & prepared for delivery at the fulfilment centre: up to 2 business days
- Delivered discreetly to your door: typically 1–2 business days
2. Estimated Delivery Times
While delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination, the majority of orders arrive within:
- Typical delivery timeframe: 8–10 business days
- Maximum estimated timeframe: up to 14 business days
In some cases, orders may arrive significantly faster.
Where stock is already available at the fulfilment centre, delivery may take as little as:
- Fastest estimated delivery: 2 business days
