Do not return any items unless our team has provided return instructions.

1. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following circumstances:

  • You received the incorrect item(s)
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Items were missing from your parcel
  • Your parcel was lost in transit
  • Products arrived faulty or compromised
  • Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before dispatch)

All claims are subject to review and approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For quality control, safety, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products not stored in accordance with supplied guidance
  • Orders reported outside the required claim period
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change-of-mind purchases once dispatched (subject to statutory rights)

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Claim Timeframes

To help us resolve issues quickly, please notify us within:

  • 24 hours of delivery for damaged parcels or temperature-sensitive items
  • 48 hours of delivery for missing or incorrect items
  • 14 days for general order issues

Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be declined.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team at support@[yourdomain].co.uk and include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the parcel/product where relevant

Please do not return any items unless instructed to do so.

6. Returns

Where a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original condition unless faulty.

7. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

8. Shipping Costs

  • If the error was ours (incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods), we will cover reasonable return or replacement costs.
  • If a return is accepted for any other reason, return postage may be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery & Storage Responsibility

Where products require prompt receipt or specific storage conditions, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivery and store goods appropriately upon arrival.

We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended after confirmed delivery.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law in the United Kingdom.
